Rehab Director / Occupational Therapist / OT/ OTR - Full Time

Overview Full‑time split Rehab Director / Occupational Therapist position available in our sub‑acute/skilled nursing Rehab Departments located minutes apart in Farmington, ME. The role combines clinical rehabilitation services with leadership responsibilities and is designed for therapists who want to advance their careers within a supportive, therapist‑owned organization. Responsibilities Ensure efficient and effective operations of the rehabilitation department. Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes. Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data. Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision and mentorship to staff. Deliver occupational therapy services as needed. Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor and training resource. Collaborate with other facility therapists to coordinate programs and procedures. Qualifications Licensed occupational therapist or license eligible in the state of employment. Experience as a treating therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department (preferred). Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Compensation and Benefits Hourly rate range: $45/hr – $47/hr.
