We Are Hiring Location: Nashville, TN Facility: St. Thomas West Hospital Department: Foundation Schedule: Full-time What You Will Do Shape fundraising strategy by partnering directly with executive leadership to define financial goals and launch high-impact capital campaigns that fuel our healthcare mission. Inspire major and planned giving through the design and execution of innovative marketing initiatives, cultivating deep donor relationships that secure long-term estate commitments. Craft the organization’s philanthropic narrative by leading the creative direction, writing, and production of donor communications, newsletters, and annual reports that connect supporters to our patient-care victories. Guard financial health and integrity by managing campaign budgets and directing internal and external audits to ensure absolute compliance and optimal use of allocated funds. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
