Position Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading multiple customer and internal projects while ensuring schedules, budgets, and deliverables are successfully achieved. This role serves as the central point of communication between customers and cross-functional teams, helping ensure projects move efficiently from design through manufacturing, installation, and completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer and internal capital equipment projects simultaneously.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate activities across Engineering, Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Service, and other internal teams.
• Serve as the primary communication point for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and change requests.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact project success.
• Ensure customer expectations are met while maintaining company objectives.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, automation, CNC machinery, industrial equipment, or a related technical environment.
• Experience managing both internal cross-functional initiatives and external customer-facing projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• PMP certification is preferred but not required. xhyhwjd
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
