Position Overview:

We are currently looking for compassionate nurses to help care for both our pediatric and adult patients. Current availability for both AM & PM Shifts! This is your chance to make a difference in a child's life while having a great work-life balance!

As a Private Duty Nurse with Centria Healthcare, you'll deliver compassionate, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes. Whether caring for a medically complex child or an adult recovering from a motor vehicle accident, you'll be making a meaningful difference every day.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
