Neonatologist Opportunity Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time Locums: Not accepted Visa Sponsorship: Not available Position Overview Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Neonatologist to join an established private practice providing care at two Level III NICUs in Oklahoma City. The position offers a collaborative work environment with strong hospital support and a balanced schedule.New fellows are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Availability

Approximately 10 shifts per month
24-hour shifts (taken out-of-house)
Designed to support work-life balance

Practice Setting Coverage at two Level III NICUs :

43-bed NICU
- Average Daily Census (ADC): 29
26-bed NICU
- Average Daily Census (ADC): 14

Clinical Capabilities:

High-Frequency Oscillatory Ventilation (HFOV)
Jet ventilators
Strong subspecialty and Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) support

Team Structure

6 Neonatologists in the practice
24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) support
Full hospital backup and collaborative care environment

Facilities

Both located in the Oklahoma City area

Licensing

Oklahoma medical license required (or ability to obtain)

Certifications & Credentials

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology - Required
New fellows encouraged to apply

Candidate Requirements

Must reside in the Oklahoma City metro area
Relocation may be required
Permanent candidates only

No visa sponsorship

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience and training
First-year guaranteed bonus paid monthly
