They are looking to add a Safety Manager to their team who will be instrumental in fostering and ensuring a safe working environment for our employees, subcontractors, and partners while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Compensation Up To $85,000 Per Year Job Details Responsibilities Develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, procedures, and policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Conduct jobsite safety audits, inspections, and hazard analyses for utility construction projects. Lead investigations on incidents, near misses, and injuries to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Provide classroom and field-based training on safety topics to employees and crews (small and large groups). Maintain all safety certifications, training records, and compliance documentation. Required Qualifications **2–5 years of construction safety experience**. Safety certifications and/or formal safety education. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no major infractions). Ability to successfully pass federally mandated drug and alcohol testing. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Interested in hearing more?
