Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations (Reston)

We’re looking for a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations to lead Talent Acquisition systems, onboarding operations, vendor management, compliance, and process optimization across our enterprise.You’ll join a collaborative, forward‑thinking Talent Acquisition team that supports hiring across multiple operating groups serving defense, space, civilian, health, and intelligence customers. This is a highly visible role partnering with Talent Acquisition leaders, recruiters, HR, IT, and business stakeholders to strengthen our hiring infrastructure and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.What You’ll DoLead the strategy and daily operations of Talent Acquisition systems, processes and tools, with a team of four+ operations staffOversee ATS/CRM optimization and user adoptionManage onboarding operations to ensure a seamless new‑hire experienceOwn vendor relationships such as staffing agencies, background checks, drug screens, job boards, and compliance partnersEnsure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting requirements, managing and overseeing audit reportingImprove workflows, documentation, and TA service deliveryLead, support, and develop direct reports through coaching, individualized growth planning, and proactive performance managementPartner with TA, HR, IT, and business leaders to drive operational excellenceMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience5+ years in Talent Acquisition; 2+ years leading and managing teamsExperience with enterprise ATS/CRM platformsExperience in federal government contractingStrong understanding of OFCCP/EEO compliancePreferred QualificationsAnalytical mindset with reporting/dashboard experienceBackground in process improvement and change managementASRC Federal offers the chance to contribute to missions that strengthen national security and drive scientific advancement, all within a collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.
