Here's what you can expect when you join us: Competitive pay + bonus programs + profit sharing Work/life balance with paid holidays and PTO Comprehensive benefits – medical, dental, vision & paid life insurance Room to grow as our company expands across the Carolinas 401(k) with company match to help you plan for the future Named one of the Best Companies to Work For in NC by NC Business Magazine for the last three years What You'll Be Doing Create accurate estimates and proposal letters for commercial roofing projects (new construction, replacements, coatings/restorations) Read blueprints and specs to plan the best installation approach Use The Edge estimating software to build and maintain templates Document all quotes and sales in our company's software Collaborate with the team to meet productivity and profitability goals Help improve workflows and processes with the executive team What We're Looking For 3+ years of estimating experience (or strong roofing superintendent/project management background) Solid knowledge of commercial roofing systems Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills Able to work independently and juggle multiple tasks Excellent communication and presentation skills About Us Highland Roofing has been serving the Carolinas for nearly 20 years with top-notch commercial roofing services.
