Bilingual Patient Access Coordinator

To support a dynamic healthcare environment, the full-time Bilingual Patient Access Coordinator will efficiently manage incoming calls, triage patient inquiries, and maintain productivity standards while working in a hybrid setting based in Orlando, FL. Key responsibilities: Answer inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for patients seeking assistance Create patient records, triage calls, and schedule appointments based on patient needs Maintain department productivity levels and adhere to established policies and procedures Required qualifications: High School diploma or GED Minimum of 1+ years of high-volume call center experience Intermediate computer skills Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Reliable high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection required
