Requirements
- Current RN license
- Stroke certification

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for patients in a neuro tele unit.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting and reporting changes to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and facility policies.

Compliance / Notes
- Scrubs: Ceil blue or white for RNs, hunter green for CNAs.
- A house supervisor must be contacted for any nurse cancellations.
