Dealer Communications Coordinator

We are seeking a Dealer Communications Coordinator to support a growing sales and customer service team within a custom manufacturing environment. This position will serve as an important point of contact between customers and internal teams, helping ensure clear communication around orders, delivery timelines, product availability, and service needs. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role combines customer service, order management, sales support, communications, and project coordination . Key Responsibilities: Communicate directly with customers regarding orders, delivery dates, shortages, delays, and other service needs Provide timely updates and help resolve or de-escalate customer concerns Process and maintain customer orders while ensuring all supporting documentation is accurate and complete Work closely with sales, customer service, production, and other internal departments to support customer needs Support sales initiatives and activities that contribute to pipeline and revenue growth Assist with email, digital marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns Help develop customer communications, presentations, training materials, and other sales-support resources Conduct basic product, market, and competitive research Maintain customer communication records, procedures, and other departmental documentation Proofread written materials for grammar, accuracy, consistency, and brand standards Maintain promotional and collateral material inventory Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 2+ years of professional customer-facing experience in customer service, sales, communications, account support, or a related environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to remain professional and composed when working through difficult customer situations Strong organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical-product experience is a plus, but not required Applicants must currently reside in the state of Ohio to be considered for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr Storm Search
