About This Role The Registered Nurse - Telemetry is responsible for delivering patient care through the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This part-time role is ideal for nurses who excel in coordinating care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Highlights Location: Northampton, MA Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. Schedule: Part-Time, Night shift (7PM-7AM) Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly What You'll Do Deliver nursing care according to ANA Standards of Clinical Practice. Collect patient health data during admission and throughout the stay. Determine priority of data collection based on patient needs. Document relevant data in the medical record according to hospital standards. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses/patient problems. Develop a plan of care that prescribes interventions to attain expected outcomes. Implement interventions identified in the plan of care. Evaluate the patient's progress toward attainment of outcomes. Formulate a discharge plan and communicate it throughout hospitalization. Assess patient/family learning needs and facilitate the education process.
