FUESD is nestled in the foothills about 50 miles northeast of San Diego, California. The District extends from the Pacific Ocean I‑5 (San Clemente Area) and East of the I‑15. Responsibilities To provide a variety of specialized health care services for students who are health impaired and/or have specialized health care needs To administer first aid to students and staff To maintain health service information and records To do related work as required Details For This Position Application Deadline: Until filled Length of Work Year: Student Year Calendar Worksite: Varies Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, Work hours and days will vary based on need Requirements for Applying: Two (2) years of college coursework in nursing, physiology or related field; two (2) years of nursing experience; or any combination of training and/or experience that could likely provide the desired knowledge and abilities. Willing to take additional training to treat specific medical conditions to permit students to effectively participate in instruction. Required License/Certificate: Current California registration as a Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse and First Aid/CPR Certificate.
