About the Role

We are seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our growing, resident-focused care team. Whether you're a new CNA or experienced CNA, we invite you to thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including changing linen, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients.

What's Available?

• AM, PM, or NOC shifts
• PRN Available!

Incentives & Compensation:

• $3,500 Sign on for Full-Time
• Shift Differential for PM and NOC shifts
• Competitive pay (with an option for unbenefited roles higher rate)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff
• Duties include changing linen, transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients

Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin and in good standing
• Great customer service skills
• Passion to work with the aging population
• Great communications skills
• Able to work rotating weekends and holidays
