Solutions Architect

Only W2 Hybrid Position - 2-4 Times Per Month Onsite We are looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect with full-stack development experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing an intelligent enterprise search solution that aggregates data from multiple systems. This 6-9-month contract position (with possibility of extension) offers flexible remote work with occasional onsite visits (2-4 times monthly). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in platform architecture, enterprise search solutions, and system integration.

- 7+ years of experience in solutions architecture and full-stack development
- Strong background in AI platform architecture and enterprise search solutions
- Proven experience building and implementing search platforms
- Experience with system integration across multiple enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UKG, Oracle ERP, and healthcare systems integration
- Strong Java development background
- Experience with SharePoint and Akumina digital workplace platforms
- Self-driven with excellent team collaboration skills
- Ability to design scalable enterprise solutions
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
