## Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Training Manager to join our rapidly scaling healthcare organization. In this highly visible, field-based leadership role, you will be responsible for onboarding and training our providers across a growing, multi-state post-acute platform. As we expand into new markets, you will be the hands-on clinical expert guiding our new physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants through their ramp to productivity. This position involves approximately 25-50% nationwide travel, including occasional overnight and multi-day trips to support provider starts, facility launches, and new market expansions. You will enjoy exceptional job satisfaction stemming from a close partnership with clinical and operational leadership teams, and the opportunity to help build, refine, and scale training programs as our organization continues its rapid growth trajectory. ## Key Responsibilities - Lead in-person onboarding and clinical training for newly hired physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants - Travel nationwide (25-50%) to support provider starts, facility launches, and new market expansions - Reinforce our clinical model, documentation standards, and rounding workflows in the field - Partner with Clinical Leadership, Training, and Operations teams to support consistent onboarding execution - Identify early training or operational gaps and escalate opportunities for improvement - Support providers through their ramp to productivity and readiness for independent coverage ## Qualifications - Master's degree and current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) from an accredited program - Active, unrestricted NP or PA license - Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in post-acute care, geriatrics, or a related field - Experience with provider onboarding, clinical education, or training delivery - Willingness and ability to travel nationwide up to three weeks per month (25-50% travel) - Strong understanding of clinical documentation, compliance, and care workflows - Ability to provide hands-on, in-person training during provider starts and market launches - Experience working across multiple sites or states - Strong communication skills in clinical and field-based settings ## Benefits We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package designed to attract top clinical leadership talent: - Competitive base salary, typically $120,000-$140,000 annually, dependent on experience and location - Performance bonus and/or RVU-based incentive opportunities may be available - Comprehensive health benefits package - Paid time off to support your work-life balance - Professional development opportunities and close partnership with executive leadership - Travel expenses fully covered ## Schedule Full-time, field-based leadership role.
