You will coordinate with Country Operations to achieve consistent customer performance achieving increasing market share and profitability. Focus on Integrated Facilities Management and Corporate Real Estate amongst other Vertical marketsBuild a strong network of relationships at the highest C-level with assigned strategic Global AccountsDevelop strategic collaboration and detailed action plan to position Schindler as the preferred supplier in all countries where the customer operatesConduct triple-fit analysis and professional implementation of account plan activitiesResponsible for Global Account Strategy, Account Plan, and driving profitability of Global Account business in collaboration with Country Operations and national Key Account ManagersWhat you bringSignificant experience in managing global/national key accounts, 10+ years of related experienceProven competence in developing and maintaining C-level (board-level) relationshipsProven ability to successfully manage multiple projects (commercial and/or service related), preferably in a large/global organizationSuperior executive sales skills including qualification, competitive differentiation, and closingDegree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar required; MBA from a reputable business school preferredWhat’s in it for you?Fully vested 401k match, up to 7% of total eligible compensation.Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Plans - Effective from first day of hire.3 weeks’ vacation which increases with tenure, 7 sick days, 3 floating holidays and 8 Company Observed Holidays.Tuition Reimbursement - Eligible after 6 months of service.Parental Leave – 100% base pay for 6 consecutive weeks within first year of a child’s birth or adoption.A wide range of development opportunities to boost your professional and leadership growth.Base Salary $148,100 - $200,100 The above represents the typical salary range for this position.
