Now hiring Class A CDL drivers within 50 miles of Monticello, IN for a steady shuttle position moving equipment between facilities.

This is a Monday–Friday position with weekend home time, consistent work, and hourly pay.

Position Details

Hiring within 50 miles of Monticello, IN
Shuttle runs between Lafayette and Monticello
Move engines, radiators, and generator units
2–3 round trips per day
Dedicated, consistent lane

Pay & Bonuses

$25/hr (1st shift)
$27/hr (2nd shift)
$3,000 bonus paid out over time
- $1,000 at 60 days
- $1,000 at 120 days
Additional $500 transition bonus

Schedule

Monday – Friday
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
2nd Shift: 12:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Some Saturday work as needed

Home Time

Home every weekend
May be home some nights during the week depending on schedule

Equipment & Freight

2016–2023 Kenworth trucks (automatic)
Double drop trailers

Requirements

Class A CDL
1 year experience required
6 months recent flatbed experience (last 3 years)
Must have securement experience (chains & binders)
Must be willing to work occasional Saturdays

Orientation in Atlanta, GA
Stable, consistent shuttle work (not slip seat)
