Shop Helper
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper to assist our technicians. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, rolling cables, managing inventory, arranging equipment, and other general labor tasks.
Responsibilities
- Assist technicians with daily tasks.
- Clean and roll cables.
- Manage and organize inventory.
- Arrange equipment as needed.
Essential Skills
- HVAC knowledge.
- Diagnostics skills.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Clean driving record.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong verbal communication skills.

Work Environment
Work primarily in the shop and on the road, servicing clients mainly in the construction industry, with a significant focus on data centers. The standard shift is from 7am to 4pm or 5pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work as required. Expect a minimum of 45-50 working hours per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manassas, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
