At Sourdough & Co., we're passionate about serving high-quality, freshly made food and providing an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for energetic, dependable, and friendly Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work.

As a Team Member, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving our signature sandwiches, soups, salads, and other menu items.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads, soups, and other menu items according to company standards and recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, food preparation stations, and restrooms.
• Restock food items, supplies, and beverages as needed.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and preparing the restaurant for service.
• Maintain a sense of urgency during busy periods while ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidates.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, is preferred.
