Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities as an LCSW will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and goals.

• Offering individualized therapy as well as family and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused techniques.

• Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans that are continuously assessed and modified based on client progress.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and healthcare professionals, to develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being during moments of acute distress.

• Facilitating support groups and psychoeducation classes aimed at community empowerment and education.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely documentation in alignment with both ethical standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n
