Customer Packers Wanted
Nesco Resource is actively hiring customer packers for our client located in McElhattan, PA. Join a growing team with immediate, full-time openings on both 1st and 2nd shift!
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pack customer orders
- Prepare orders for shipment by selecting items based on packing lists and instructions.
- Apply labels, clips, and bag inserts as needed.
- Assemble, tape, and label boxes, ensuring packaging meets quality standards.
- Inspect packing materials and products, reporting issues to team leads.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks like loading boxes and stacking them safely onto pallets.
- Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, wire crimpers, screwdrivers, wire pliers, soldering irons, etc.
Pay:
- $16.20 per hour (1st shift)
- $17.20 per hour (2nd shift)
Hours:
- 1st Shift 6:15 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (if overtime, start time would be 4:15 a.m.)
- 2nd Shift 2:45 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. (if overtime, end time would be 1:00 a.m.)
- Monday through Friday.
