Description

• Assess patient needs in both inpatient and outpatient settings while crafting personalized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Engage collaboratively with nurses, physicians, case managers, and rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families about therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise programs

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
