Position Overview: Strategic Retail Partners is expanding nationwide and adding a dedicated recruiter to support this growth. This position leads full-cycle recruiting for base-plus-commission sales positions, initially focusing on the Central and Eastern time zones, with plans to expand nationwide as the business grows. The position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources and Sales Leadership to define territory specific hiring needs, build a strong talent pipeline, and identify, engage, and hire talent that drives results.About Us:Driven by our mission to exceed the expectations of on-the-go consumers, Strategic Retail Partners has grown from a regional distributor of sunglasses founded in 1969 into an international leader of in-store merchandising solutions. With warehouse facilities in several states and service representatives covering all regions of the country, there isn't a retail location we can't service.Duties/Responsibilities:Own full-cycle recruiting for sales roles, from intake through offer and acceptancePartner with leaders to define role profiles, territory needs and hiring priorities, and keep them updated on pipeline statusWrite and advertise compelling job postings that attract high-performing, commission-driven sales talentBuild a proactive talent pipeline through outreach to active and passive candidates across multiple sources, including Indeed, job boards, referrals and industry networksSource, screen and assess candidates for sales competencies such as territory management, relationship building and quota attainmentCoordinate and facilitate interviews and scheduling across multiple time zones and hiring teamsDeliver a best-in-class candidate experience while maintaining exceptional service to hiring managersUtilize market insight and knowledge of the talent market to influence leaders to hire the right talent to fulfill our business goals and objectivesTrack recruiting activity and metrics in our ATS, such as time to fill, source effectiveness and pipeline healthContribute to the broader talent acquisition function, including employer brand and recruiting process improvementsCollaborate effectively with talent acquisition/human resources team members and across all departments to achieve shared goals and support overall business success.Benefits and Perks:Remote positionMedical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany paid short term disability and life insuranceFlexible Paid Time OffPaid holidays and floating holidays401(k) with company matchEmployees are paid weeklyWe do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, political affiliation, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, marital status, or veteran (U.S.) status. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.Minimum of four years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environmentProven experience recruiting for sales roles, ideally field-based, multi-state or commission-based positionsProven success managing multiple searches and high requisition loads at once while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managersWorking knowledge of employment law, inclusive recruiting practices and effective interview techniquesAbility to create and execute sourcing strategies for a variety of roles and geographiesProactive and self-directed, with the ability to take initiative and work independently in a remote settingExcellent time management skills and a proven ability to meet deadlinesTech savvy, with experience using an HRIS/ATS (Workday preferred), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and ZoomBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Strategic-Retail-Partners
