Clerical Support Specialist | Lebanon, NH

Entry-level administrative role supporting medical records, claims, billing documents, and mail processing in a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include data entry, document management, handling requests, sorting/distributing mail, and supporting billing operations.

What we're looking for:

• Administrative, clerical, customer service, or healthcare support experience
• Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Accurate data entry and attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Schedule: Multiple full-time and part-time shifts available across Clinic, PASS, and ED departments. Monday-Friday and alternative schedules offered.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, NH.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
