In this role, you will work within a clinically rich setting, with opportunities to provide a mix of clinical, supervisory and administrative functions. These duties include: Administrative Management: manage staff scheduling and coverage;Clinical Leadership: provide clinical supervision and lead multidisciplinary clinical teams;Clinical Healthcare: conduct psychological testing, deliver individual psychotherapy and implement behavior management strategies.The Supervising Psychologist will also be responsible for providing clinical consultative services within the facility for complex cases. Any person employed by the State of Connecticut prior to July 1, 1985 with a title in the psychology series of the classified services shall be exempt from the above licensure requirements pursuant to Public Act 613, Section 119(c).
