Business Analyst Intern

Baynovation is hiring a Business Analyst Intern to join our team in San Jose, CA. Join our collaborative and creative team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to build models that directly impact hundreds of thousands of customers. Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's in engineering, Science, Mathematics, or Applied Analytics Minimum 1 year performing business analytics In-depth knowledge of Statics and process improvement Basic to advanced knowledge of Tableau/Power Query, intermediate (e.g., VLOOKUP) and advanced Excel skills (e.g., VBA), and basic to advanced SQL (joins, group by, order by, calculated columns) Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills Responsibilities Build and deploy machine learning models using analytical algorithms and deep learning approaches. Conduct market research to outline market dynamics, including commonly offered financial products. Develop KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to guide business and manage profitability and performance. Consolidate and analyze data leveraging multiple applications such as Excel, Tableau, and SQL to guide the business. Develop process maps for customer experience and supporting business processes.
