CNC Lathe & Milling Machine Operator/Machinist – HAAS Experience Required Location: Mentor, OH Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $21–$26/hour

Our client is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe and Milling Machine Operator/Set-Up Machinist to join their growing team. Candidates must have hands-on HAAS CNC machine experience and the ability to set up, operate, and produce high-quality precision parts. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate HAAS CNC lathes and milling machines according to job specifications Perform tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments as needed Edit and optimize CNC programs (manual code experience a plus) Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent production and quality Inspect parts using precision measuring tools Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting Qualifications & Skills: Required: Previous HAAS CNC machine experience Experience with CNC lathe and milling machine setup and operation Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machine adjustments Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Manufacturing experience with a focus on safety and precision #J-18808-Ljbffr Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati EastVacancy posted 3 days ago
