Contract Extended Care RN

Contract Extended Care RN provides 13-week nursing care in a long-term acute care setting near Great Falls, MT. The role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide comprehensive nursing care to LTAC patients, following physician orders and facility protocols

2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans

3. Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress

4. Execute wound care procedures and monitor healing progress

5. Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)

• BLS certification

• LTAC/LTC experience certification

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in LTAC or Long-Term Acute Care settings

• Ability to work rotating weekend shifts, excellent communication skills, and physical endurance for extended shifts
