Mission: Bridge Legal is seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager to help scale our growing organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional talent across product, operational, sales, and client-facing teams. The ideal candidate understands how to identify high-potential talent and is passionate about building teams that contribute meaningfully to company culture, operational excellence, and long-term success. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance high-level recruiting initiatives with hands-on execution. This role will partner closely with leadership to develop recruiting strategies, strengthen hiring processes, and ensure Bridge Legal continues attracting high-performing individuals who align with our culture, mission, and growth trajectory. As Bridge Legal continues expanding, this individual will help strengthen and evolve recruiting systems, hiring processes, and employer branding efforts to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting top-tier talent. The Talent Acquisition & Recruiting Manager will serve as a key partner in helping Bridge Legal scale thoughtfully, efficiently, and sustainably while maintaining the collaborative and mission-driven culture that defines our organization.
