Schedule/Shift: Saturday and Sunday required Location: 12600 W Colfax Ave Suite B-200, Lakewood, CO 80215 / Hybrid Pay: $23.00- $25.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer multi-line telephone and direct calls to appropriate personnel and take accurate messages.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer service. Create a positive experience for patients through professional and courteous behavior.
• Maintain knowledge of Bloom's departments and daily schedules
• Use an EMR to look up patients and verify identity
• Assist with some administrative tasks
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Input, update, and maintain data in databases, spreadsheets, and other data management systems
• Organize and categorize documents and data for easy retrieval and reference
• Manage incoming and outgoing faxes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of documents and data
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive documents and data

Receptionist Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent phone/customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task at a very high level
• Strong computer skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with EMR software a plus (eCW preferred)
