Construction Consulting Senior Associate Location: Houston, TX, US Responsibilities Developing, updating, and analyzing project schedules Planning and analyzing project costs Tracking and managing project scope changes and risks Reviewing project documents and performing document control Preparing project and program status reports Supporting requests of project leads and clients Providing construction project advisory services Developing written reports and presentations Networking with industry associations and professionals Qualifications B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related discipline plus 5+ years of industry experience (internships included) or M.S. in Engineering plus 3‑5 years of industry experience; advanced degrees, registration, and certifications preferred Industry experience on construction projects involving multiple engineering disciplines is desirable Ability to decipher engineering design drawings and as‑built documentation Ability to work within project teams and contribute Ability to interact effectively with internal and external clients Proactive and self‑driven to navigate complexities and resolve hurdles Close attention to detail and timely task completion Strong analytical thinking and data management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of common construction‑related software: Primavera, Procure, InEight, PlanGrid, AutoDesk, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office tools Experience in contract dispute resolution and construction claims, litigation services, and construction consulting services is a plus Legally authorized to work in the US; no visa or sponsorship required Benefits Base salary range depends on experience and capability. Total compensation includes base salary, bi‑weekly bonuses for high‑intensity efforts, annual bonus, and a 401(k) employer contribution of 7% of base salary.
