Telecommunications Engineer

To support operational excellence, the full-time Sr. Telecommunications Engineer will manage the day-to-day support and monitoring of telephony and contact center systems, integrating communication architectures and executing engineering projects while working remotely. Key responsibilities Plans and implements resource requirements for telephony systems and contact centers of moderate to high complexity Monitors system health, performs tuning, and recommends improvements for telephony and contact center systems Acts as an escalation point for major incidents and coordinates with leadership during crisis events Required qualifications High School Diploma required Minimum of 6+ years of experience in a telecom engineering role Proficient in Microsoft Telephony and Dynamics Contact Center systems Strong understanding of data and voice communications equipment and protocols Experience in PBX/VoIP environments preferred
