The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,000 - $145,000 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. What You Bring 7+ years of construction experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role. 2+ years of healthcare construction experience either ground up construction or capital improvements within an active hospital. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, cost control, and field operations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and deliver projects safely and efficiently. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents. Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop others. Ability to coordinate complex scopes, particularly in: concrete productivity and execution, structural steel coordination, and multi-trade sequencing and logistics. Experience leading production planning, look-ahead scheduling and daily huddles Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and work closely with project teams and stakeholders. Nice to Have Willingness to travel as needed across Midwest. Experience coordinating mechanical, electrical, and enclosure systems.
