Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant General Manager will maintain accountability for a profitable operation of the restaurant, provide consistent customer service to all guests, oversee maintenance of restaurant quality, provide leadership and development of team members, and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, dignity and respect. The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and sets the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. He/she would ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained consistently.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant General Manager must have at least 2 years or more QSR management experience
