Job Title: CVICU Registered Nurse

Location: Towson, MD

Setting: Hospital

Pay Range: 2465.08 - 2588.33

Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Candidate Type: Traveler

Requirements: MD RN, BLS, CPI, ACLS and NIH required; OCN and TCNN preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to cardiac ICU patients, including post-op cardiac surgery and structural heart procedures.
• Monitor patients with hemodynamic instability, manage inotropes, and respond to emergent situations such as ECMO or CRRT.
• Administer medications and interventions to stabilize patients, including those with open chest and hemodynamic support devices.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team for patient care planning and execution.
• Float to MSICU as needed and work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts as scheduled.
