Job Title: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician in Erie, PA. If you have a passion for maintenance and are interested in working for a long-standing company, this job is for you. Job Duties:

•Perform Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly PMs on all CNC machinery to ensure optimal machine performance.

•Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

•Respond to any assigned maintenance tasks.

•Reports all critical machine repair requirements and quality problems to the manufacturing manager. 

•Fills out time slips and other necessary paperwork on a complete and timely basis. 

•Follow housekeeping and 5s tasks.

•Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and machine performance.

Qualifications:

• At least four years of experience in industrial maintenance and/or machine repair
• High mechanical aptitude and knowledge
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair both mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery
• CNC machine maintenance and operation would be a plus

Compensation:

• $27.30-30/HR
• This is a 1st shift position!
• Overtime is available on a consistent basis
• Quarterly profit sharing bonus checks are available for all employees

This is a Permanent position based out of Erie, PA.

The pay range for this position is $56000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Erie,PA.
