Job Summary

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. Line Cooks are responsible for preparing and cooking food according to our recipes and standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

The ideal candidate works well under pressure, takes pride in their work, and understands that consistency, teamwork, and reliability are essential to a successful restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain proper food quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Set up and stock assigned stations before service.
• Work efficiently and accurately during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with other kitchen staff, servers, and management.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
• Properly store, label, date, and rotate food products.
• Assist with prep work, restocking, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
• Minimize food waste and use products responsibly.
• Follow proper equipment and safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional and respectful attitude with coworkers and management.
• Help the kitchen team maintain consistent service and ticket times.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or management team.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow recipes, directions, and established procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
