$120,555 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify client goals and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of our diverse product suite, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales plans that align with company objectives.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance.
• Utilize our advanced tools and resources to streamline client interactions and enhance service delivery.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to expand your expertise and grow your practice effectively.

Qualifications:

• MUST LIVE IN THE LUBBOCK AREA.

• Experience in building and nurturing client relationships to ensure tailored insurance solutions.

• Ability to conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend suitable insurance products.

• Proven track record of educating clients on insurance benefits, empowering informed decision-making.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members on strategic sales plans.

• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate client advice.
