Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk Job Description

Under the direction of the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor, this role is responsible for picking parts for orders and making kits for the assembly team.

Responsibilities

• Pick parts for orders and assemble kits for the assembly team.

• Utilize RF scanners, pick lists, and ERP systems to pull all required components.

• Document the status and completion of work to ensure inventory accuracy.

• Maintain stockroom locations and properly fill out paperwork.

• Assist in audits and counts of inventory.

• Operate forklifts or other tools to move materials in racking.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using RF scanners and ERP systems.

• Experience in picking, packing, and kitting.

• Ability to operate forklifts or similar equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Capability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and interpret bar graphs.

This is a Permanent position based out of Oshkosh, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
