Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the facility, including arcade games, go-karts and track functionality. The Maintenance Manager will be professionally responsible for keeping the facility, arcades, and go-karts running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.Accountabilities:Perform diversified duties and repairs to maintain the functionality of the facility, go-karts, and arcade games.Provide unscheduled repairs of attractions as needed when they experience issues.Performs scheduled maintenance repairs of go-karts. Perform daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance checklist to ensure attractions are safe and have oil/grease or proper lubrication.All work performed on attractions must adhere to procedures and guideline set forth by manufacturer.Ensure that maintenance schedules set forth by the manufacturers are adhered to and not deviated from.All documentation and repair logs are kept indefinitely and turned into Maintenance Manager, including annual inspections, NDT testing, grease bearings/bearings monitoring.Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, troubleshooting and repair to the facility, go-karts and attractions.Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.Use a variety of hand and power tools including torque wrench and rattle can paint gun.Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.Comply with OSHA safety regulationsMaintain clean and orderly work areas.Review processes and procedures regularly to look for ways to improve and be more efficient.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Create a positive safety culture ensuring safety of our employees and visitors at all times.Ensure compliance of Five Star Parks and Attraction's standardsPerform other duties as assigned by managementMust be able and willing to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shiftsThis position is physically demanding and requires lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and walking.Light carpentry, electrical, plumbing and mechanical skills preferred.Knowledge and use of hand and power tools.Perform general building maintenance or preventative maintenanceInspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment to diagnose malfunctionsAssist in preventative maintenance work related to rides and attractionsCoordinate tasks and repairs with supervisorOrder parts, supplies, or equipmentTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and determine how to correct themEstimate costs to repair machinery, equipment, or building structuresResponsible for filling out work orders, inspection forms, and preventative maintenance checklistsPaint or repair windows, doors, floors, drywall, or other parts of building structuresOperate welding equipment to cut or join metal partsPerform light electrical and plumbing workChange furnace filtersOperate forklift and personal liftMaintain a clean work areaEducation, Qualifications and Experience:High school or equivalent education required. Associate's Degree or related technical school degree preferred.Must have a minimum of three (1) year experience in a maintenance related positionMust have the ability to obtain and/or maintain any government required licenses, certificates, or permits.All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance standardsHighly organized and strong work ethicAbility to work in a loud environment.Experience working on small engines and general maintenance required.
