Summary:

The Human Resources Specialist supports staffing and human resource operations in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for performing complex and specialized HR functions, with a focus on staffing, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an HR Staffing Specialist, with a Delegated Examining (DE) certification. DHS experience is preferred.
Requirements:

• Delegated Examining (DE) Certification required.
• 7-10 years of experience working as an HR Staffing Specialist.
• Proven expertise in staffing and recruitment processes, including DE procedures.
• Familiarity with DHS processes and procedures is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, federal regulations, and compliance standards.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• DHS experience is a plus.
• Experience with federal government hiring processes and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Individual pay is influenced by several factors, including the candidate's work location, relevant experience, skillset, and contract constraints.
