Human Resources Specialist
LOCATION : Washington, DC
POSITION TYPE : Onsite Summary: The Human Resources Specialist supports staffing and human resource operations in Washington, DC. This position is responsible for performing complex and specialized HR functions, with a focus on staffing, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an HR Staffing Specialist, with a Delegated Examining (DE) certification. DHS experience is preferred.

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $100,000 / year. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and structural alignment. Requirements:
- Delegated Examining (DE) Certification required.
- 7-10 years of experience working as an HR Staffing Specialist.
- Proven expertise in staffing and recruitment processes, including DE procedures.
- Familiarity with DHS processes and procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, federal regulations, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- DHS experience is a plus.
- Experience with federal government hiring processes and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
