Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our dedicated team. In this pivotal role, you will lead nursing staff to deliver exceptional care that truly makes a difference in our residents’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide strong leadership and direction to nursing staff to ensure high-quality, outcomes-focused care

• Manage daily nursing operations, ensuring compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures that support patient-centered care

• Build relationships with residents and families to understand and meet their care needs

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the nursing department

• Measure and drive quality outcomes to meet and exceed care standards

What You Bring

• Valid RN license in Florida

• SNF Experience is require

• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting

• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse supervisor

• Long Term Care experience (preferred)

• CPR/BLS certification

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency
