We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team at Mohawk Meadows Rehab and Nursing Center in Newton, New Jersey. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Assist with vital signs and other medical procedures as needed

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to resident care planning

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services provided

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to residents, focusing on their unique needs and preferences

• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed

• Participate in infection control and prevention practices

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey

• High school diploma or equivalent required
