Loan Operations Servicing Specialist (Hotline)The Loan Operations Servicing Specialist (Hotline) performs a variety of clerical duties in conjunction with loan servicing that may include scanning and filing documents, loan boarding, processing payoffs, perfecting lien documents, and calculations and disbursements of escrow accounts. Other responsibilities include:Processes payment, posting and conducts researchPay-off quote processingHandles Credit Bureau disputesPrepares various reportsHandles investor loan reporting and billingHandles general loan servicing dutiesHandles bankruptcy issuesProvides a high level of customer service for internal and external customersReports issues to bank personnel; sends notifications; reports progress, quotas, collection items and updates listsQualifications:High School diploma or GEDGeneral knowledge of various loan documentation, banking, bankruptcy or insurance servicingSkills:Requires ability to handles complex and difficult customer problems; develop customer relationships; apply bank's policies and procedures and other guidelinesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructionsWork occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the positionLifting in an office setting may be required up to 30 lbs.ANBTX strongly encourages candidates that are fluent in English and Spanish to apply.
