Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

Overview Store associates are passionate about creating a hassle‑free shopping experience for customers through eagerness to help, in‑depth product knowledge, high brand and execution standards, and the ability to prioritize. They constantly learn, support their team across all departments, and contribute to an overall fun store culture. Responsibilities Greet everyone and proactively approach customers to support their shopping experience. Demonstrate the ability to genuinely interact with customers to show passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment in their sport or activity. Uphold company standards for merchandise presentation of the best brands in sporting goods. Promote company programs (e.g., warranty sales, loyalty program, seasonal promotions, etc.). Create an inclusive store environment where associates and customers feel welcome, safe, and are treated with respect. Perform additional tasks as business needs arise to support the team and the store. Qualifications Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer‑focused experience preferred. Physical requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift 15–35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour); ability to work extended periods standing or walking (up to 4 hours); perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously). Pay Range: $13.00 – $20.00 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
