About the Opportunity
Unified Care Home Health Services is actively hiring compassionate and dependable Pediatric Private Duty LPNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes across Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.

What You'll Do
Deliver direct, one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting
Perform and assist with skilled nursing treatments and daily care needs
Monitor patient condition and promptly communicate any changes to the care team
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Follow physician orders, individualized care plans, and agency policies
Support and educate families and caregivers on patient care needs
What We're Looking For
Active Florida LPN License (required)
Minimum 2 years of pediatric nursing experience preferred
Home health or private duty experience preferred
Experience with trach, g-tube, and ventilator-dependent patients is a strong plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable transportation to travel within the service area
