Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary – Minimum 60 Days Job Summary Surge Staffing is seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our client's team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working with computers and entering information accurately. The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining information in company systems while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Responsibilities Accurately enter data into computer systems and company databases Review information for accuracy and completeness Update and maintain records as needed Verify data and correct errors or discrepancies Organize and maintain electronic records and documentation Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks as needed Follow established procedures for data entry and recordkeeping Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately Communicate with team members to resolve missing or incorrect information Maintain a consistent level of accuracy and productivity Qualifications Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience required Strong computer and keyboarding skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to review information and identify errors Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Dependable and consistent attendance Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Part-time, 25 hours per week $17.00–$18.00 per hour Minimum 60-day assignment Why Apply?
