Job Title: Workday API Developer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type:  Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $100,000–$150,000 Annually
Experience Required: 6+ years

Job Summary
We are looking for a Workday API Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and the broader enterprise application landscape. The role focuses on hands-on integration delivery using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs, with strong attention to reliability, security, and data quality. 


Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday integration development experience.
• Deep expertise in EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors.
• Strong XSLT skills and experience with Workday Studio orchestrations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong understanding of the Workday data model and tenant configuration.
• Experience with Workday security model including ISU/ISSG patterns.
• Familiarity with calculated fields and custom report design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Pro Integrations certification.
• Experience with PICOF, PECI, or Cloud Connect for Payroll.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend.
• Exposure to multi-tenant or multi-region Workday deployments.
• Experience integrating Workday with major SaaS platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce).
