RN Supervisor

We are currently seeking a caring and compassionate RN Supervisor to provide person centered care to meet the social, physical, recreational, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents in our Friends Nursing Home. This is a full-time, 8-days biweekly, role from M-F 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and every other weekend (shift differential!) The RN Supervisor will be on the desk.

Education, Experience and Competencies:

• Current license with the State of Pennsylvania for Registered Nurse.
• 2-3 years of RN experience required
• Experience in Long term care strongly preferred.
• Must maintain current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong supervisory skills, Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Clinical skills needed for resident population
• Judgement and decision-making skills.
